These terms tell you the rules for using our portal located at www.caresafe.ca (“Portal”).
These terms (together with the documents referred to herein) set out the terms of use for registered users accessing our Portal and the services provided (“Service”). By using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you are accessing the Portal on behalf of another party (e.g. a medical professional placing an order for someone else), both you and the end-user agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Portal or use the Service.

The Portal is operated by Care Safe Health & Social Care Technology Inc, trading as Care Safe (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are a company registered in Alberta, Canada, under business number: 739749166.
2. Objective of the Portal
Our Portal connects users to third-party medical providers (“Partners”) for goods and/or services. Orders placed via the Portal are fulfilled by the Partner, and we act as their agent. Depending on arrangements with each Partner, we may also provide delivery or administration services.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, unless the service has already begun. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.
